Lady Cardinals Have Talented Athletes
By Coach Tony Allen

Girl's basketball has been an exciting time. The girls and the coaching staff are very excited about what this year has for us. There are a lot of talented athletes on the team. Right now we are 6-6, but we are beginning to get together as a team and we look better and better with every game. The conference is tough this year and every game is a battle, but the girls come to every game ready to play and know that they have an excellent chance of winning. Christine Troshynski is leading the team in rebounding with almost 11 per game, Lindsey Kallhoff is leading in points with 10 per game, Kara Garman is leading the team in assists per game with 2.4, and Laura Cameron is leading the team in steals with 3 per game. So we are getting production from everyone. Other contributors to the varsity team are Jordon Anderson, Kristen Carr, Theresa Conradt, Jacque Earley, Gina Hoesing, Christina Reynoldson, Michelle Shoemaker and Emily Walnofer. Our Junior Varsity consists of Anne Kersenbrock, Carol Koenig, Kylie Ludemann, Kayla Nichols, Courtney Petersen, Ashtin Soukup and Elizabeth Willis.
