It was so dark, I couldn't see a thing. I felt all around me, but nothing was there. The next thing I knew, I was hurled to the ground from the impact of something I didn't recognize! I heard blood-curdling screams all around me but still I couldn't find anybody. I was so scared!

This is a typical scenario of a haunted house. Many of the St. Mary's students car-pooled for a night of frightful excitement at the Creighton Rotary Haunted House for their Halloween entertainment this year.

"Haunted Housing," as some kinds like to call it, has become a sort of tradition for many of the students especially the juniors. This seems to have become the highlight of the month of October. All we can do now is anticipate the level of horror next year's haunted house will bring. As witnesses to this year's haunted house, we rate it a seven on a scale of one to ten!
