During Catholic Schools Week, the students of St. Mary's Junior-Senior High School in O'Neill filled about 35 boxes of items for troops from the locality who are serving in Iraq. Each class was assigned certain products to donate. This community service project for the military was coordinated by Beth Tielke, who was in awe at the variety and number of supplies donated. She stated that each box would be shared with others, thereby giving some 250 young servicemen and women a touch of home.
