Anne Willis and Ty Tucker are happy to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.

Anne is the daughter of Keith and Carole Willis of O'Neill. She graduated in August of 2005 from Wayne State4 College with a Bachelor of Science degree in human services counseling. Anne is currently pursuing her master's degree from Wayne State College in community counseling and working in Norfolk as a foster care coordinator.

Ty is the son of David and Kristy Tucker. He grew up in Stromsburg. Ty is currently attending Wayne State College and majoring in graphic design. He is apart of the Army National Guard 173rd Chemical Company out of Seward and is getting deployed on Aug. 30, 2006.

The couple is planning a July 22, 2006, wedding at Mt. Vernon Gardens in Omaha.
