FOUR WSC STUDENTS FROM AREA RECEIVE HONORS (I-r): Jody Fox, Kelly, and Sarah Klinetobe.

Wayne State College held their Spring Commencement Ceremony on Saturday, May 6, 2006, at 2 p.m. in the Willow Bowl on the campus with 376 students receiving their bachelor's degrees. Four local women received their bachelor of science degrees in elementary education.

Sarah Klinetobe, wife of Ron Klinetobe and daughter of Rod and Wally Ann Schellpeper graduated summa cum laude with a cumulative grade point average between 3.90 to 4.0. Sarah is also a member of Kappa Delta Pi, an international honor society in education.

Jody Fox. wife of Thad Fox graduated magna cum laude with a cumulative grade point average between 3.50 to 3.89. Jody is a member of Alpha Sigma Lambda, a national honor society of nontraditional students.

Crystal Young.daughter of Junior and Charlene Young graduated magna cum laude with a cumulative grade point average between 3.80 to 3.89.

Sara Kelly, daughter of Gib and Patti Kelly graduated cum laude with a cumulative grade point average between 3.70 and 3.79.
