Dennis and Helen Cunningham of O'Neill, are happy to announce the engagement of their daughter, Joan to Kevin Douglas of Plattsmouth, son of Nina Douglas of Hastings.

Joan is an O'Neill St. Mary's High School graduate, and also a Nebraska Law Enforcement Center-School for Jailers graduate. She is currently employed at the Holt County jail.

Kevin is a Hastings Public School graduate and received an associate's degree from Community College of the Air Force. He has been in the Air Force for 22 years and is currently a master sergeant at Offutt Air Force Base in Omaha.

The wedding will be held Saturday, May 20, 2006, at 2 p.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in O'Neill.
