VICTORIA NICOLE NOVAK, age 13 of O'Neill, donated 11 inches of her hair to "Locks of Love" on Friday, April 14, 2006. Tori is the daughter of Suzanne Orsborn and Steve Novak and attends St. Mary's School. Tori has wanted to donate her hair for quite some time, but was inspired to do so when her very close friend's, godmother passed away from cancer recently. Her beautician and aunt, Beverly Reicks cut Tori's hair.
