All our area athletes should be commended for their accomplishments this year in providing exciting seasons.

This year's team was selected through the votes of the area's eleven schools and media consultants. Each of the areatoaches was able to nominate two players from his own team and three players from other area schools.

Named to the First Team were: Maggie Pelster, Clearwater; Alycia Libolt, Chambers; Liz Willis, O'Neill, St. Mary's; Candace Binder, Spencer-Naper and Sarah Korb, Lynch.

Second Team honors went to. Andrea Schaaf, Stuart; Kourtney Rahder, West Holt; .IVIaryanne Dankert, Chambers; Brienna Barelmann, Chambers and Abbey Schueth, Ewing. `

Moving up to the first team this year is St. Mary's senior, Liz Willis. Liz had 279 points on the year and 730 career points. Liz averaged 9.3 rebounds a game and averaged 12.7 points per match.

Finishing our this year's honorable mention is Jacquie Stowell of St. Mary's. Jacquie, a junior, ahd 217 points on the year and averaged 9.9 points per game.
