Mr. and Mrs. John Haggerty

Cecily Schroeder of Columbus and John Haggerty of O'Neill were united in marriage on Friday, Aug. 12, 2005" at Trinity Lutheran Church in Columbus. Pastor Timothy White officiated the 6 p.m. wedding ceremony.

Parents of the couple are Cindy and Dennis Schroeder of Columbus and Tim and Maureen Haggerty of O'Neill.

Grandparents of the bride are Beth and the late William Sloan of Columbus and Martha and the late Lowell Schroeder of Cozad. Grandparents of the groom are Bernadette and the late Paul Carraher and Anna Marie and the late Charles Haggerty of Spalding, Nebraska.

Serving as matron of honor was Tricia McMillin of Des Moines, Iowa. Maid of honor was Sarah Beth Schroder of Columbus. Bridesmaids were Katie Fitch and Nicki Collins of Kearney, Beth Keating of Chicago, IL, Christy Crowe and Abby McLaughlin of Omaha and Tiffany Hill of Lincoln.

Serving as best man was Dan Haggerty of Lincoln. Groomsmen were Craig Reiser of O'Neill, Ryan Fitch of Kearney, B.J. Molt and Travis Ray of Spalding, Matthew Scheef and James Wragge of Lincoln and Ben Johnson of Tulsa, OK. Ushering the guests were Blake

Sloan and Ryan Sloan of Kearney, Chris Desive of O'Neill and Ryan Buffington of Omaha.

Music for the ceremony was provided by vocalist Rachel Scott and pianist, Carolee Wurdeman of Columbus. Attending the guest book was Jenna Davies of Columbus: A ' reception and dance followed the ceremony at the New World Inn in Columbus.

The couple visited Tokoriki Island, Figi, for their wedding trip. Cecily is a 1999 graduate of Columbus High School and a 2003 graduate of the University of Nebraska Medical at Lincoln with a degree in mechanical engineering: She is employed at Henderson Engineers of Lenexa, KS.,

John is a 2000 graduate of O'Neill St. Mary's High School and a 2005 graduate of the University of Nebraska at Lincoln with a degree in civil engineering. He is employed at Black and Veatch Engineering Company of Overland Park, KS:

The couple are making their home in Olathe, KS.
