Eileen Robertson, age 75, of O'Neill, passed away Monday, May 16, 2005, at Avera St. Anthony's hospital in O'Neill.

Visitation was held from 3-9 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17, 2005, with a Catholic Daughters rosary at 4:30 p.m. and a Parish rosary at 8 p.m. at Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, May 18, 2005, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in O'Neill. Rev. Richard Reiser, Rev. Lydell Lape, Rev. Francis Nigh and Concelebrants officiated the service. Music was provided by the St. Patrick's Choir, singers, Kay Stepp and Marvin Ziska accompanied by pianist, Paula Havranek.

Interment was in the O'Neill Cemetery.

Biglin's Mortuary, Inc. of O'Neill was in charge of arrangements.

Eileen was born May 3, 1930, at O'Neill; to Patrick and Charlotte (McNichols) Hickey. She attended school in O'Neill, graduating from St. Mary's Academy in 1948. Eileen married Delbert Robertson on July 14, 1948, at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in O'Neill. She and her husband lived on a ranch northwest of O'Neill where Eileen devoted her life to her family, always taking care of their needs first. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She also gave many years to St. Patrick's Parish Priests, cooking their meals, taking care of their home and befriending them at all times.

She was a member of St Patrick's Catholic Church; St. Patrick's Altar Society, where she once served as president, and the Catholic Daughters of America.

Eileen is survived by her son, Pat Robertson and wife Janie of O'Neill; daughter, Nancy Moss of O'Neill; six grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Del; son-in-law, Tom Moss; two brothers; and two sisters.
