Susan Donohoe

Funeral services for Susan Donohoe, age 51, of O'Neill, were held at 10:30 am Monday, April 21, 2003 , at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in O'Neill, with burial in the O'Neill Cemetery. Visitation was Sunday, April 20, 2003, from 3-9 pm at Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill with an 8 pm Rosary.

Reverend Eric Olsen officiated with Biglin's Mortuary in charge of the arrangements. Music was provided by pianist, Jean McIntosh and singers were the St. Patrick's Choir and Marvin Ziska.

Pallbearers were Jack Dempsey, Wendell Babl, Steve Burival, Denny Drayton, Clarence Gokie, Jr. and Jim Gokie.

Susan was born Jan 24, 1952, to James and Lucille (Grenier) Donohoe at O'Neill. She attended rural grade school and graduated from St. Mary's High School in 1970. Following graduation she became a teacher's aide for rural schools and later worked for Dr. Ed Gleeson in O'Neill as his dental assistant.

Susan was member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and St. Patrick's Altar Society and a member of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. She passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2003, at ST. Elizabeth's Hospital in Lincoln.

Susan is survived by two sisters, Joan Burival and her husband, Frank, of O'Neill and Carolyn Donohoe, of O'Neill; three nephews, Tom Shields, Dan Shields and his wife, Luann, and Mike Shields and their families, all of O'Neill.

She was preceded in death by her parents; infant brother; brother-in-law and her grandparents.
