I am a 1959 Graduate of St. Mary's High School. I lived in Chambers and attended grade school there. My earliest experience with St. Mary's took place when I was seven. Since it was time to male my First Communion, I stayed with my grandma and everyday went to religious education for two weeks. Sr. Mildred was the teacher, and this shy little country girl had the "Fear of God" put in her loud and clear.
When I was a sophomore, we moved to O'Neill and I well remember registering with shaky knees in Sr. Agnesine's office.
I owe a lot tot he Sisters of St. Mary's. I was taught to respect everyone, and above all, to love God and especially the Holy Eucharist.
