Mr. Mayor,

Please accept our heartfelt thanks to yourself and all the city officials for your remarkable and untiring service rendered during the time of out tragedy at St. Mary's Grade School. We are deeply grateful for the kindly, efficient, and even heroic work of our Police and Volunteer Fire Departments. Besides being professionally excellent in your work, all were most understanding of our problems and cooperative in helping solve them. And we know you were personally responsible for taking care of numerous important items by wise administrative decisions and actions during the time of out crisis.

There are so many to whom we owe thanks in this fine city of ours. We are proud to be members of this community and proud of our city officials.
