"Waterworks" by Kiel Neumann

The art that is being practiced is called chromatography. The simple way to do it is make a dot in the center of a napkin with a marker and place it over a cup. Next dab the mark of the napkin with water. The water breaks up the felt in the marker and can create designs. Add different colors and you can be very creative with chromatography. The same technique is used in tie-dying.
